Description
The Lake City VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase ten (10) portable air conditioning units, including ten (10) ceiling tile duct kits. The units will be used when air handlers break down or are disabled due to construction projects. The offeror's proposed portable air conditioning units must meet the specified operating features and requirements. Key points to consider include:
* The units must have a minimum cooling capacity of 12,000 Btu/h.
* The units must have a programmable control panel for automatic operations.
* The units must have a centrifugal fan type for evaporator and condenser.
* The units must have a hermetic rotary compressor.
* The units must have a 5-gallon capacity on-board condensate tank.
* The units must have an operating temperature range of 65 to 95 degrees.
* The units must have a max sound level of 61 dB(A).
* The offeror must provide a proposed delivery schedule.
* The offeror must deliver the units to the Lake City VA Medical Center, 619 S. Marion Ave, Lake City, FL 32025.
