The Residences at 340 North (Phase I) – Prequalification of Suppliers for Material Supply and Building Components

The Residences at 340 North is a multi-phase residential development project located in Estate St. Joseph and Rosendahl, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The project consists of approximately 80 residential units, including townhomes and single-family homes, along with all supporting infrastructure. Phase I of the project includes the construction of approximately 22 two-story townhome units, together with all associated infrastructure, utilities, and site improvements necessary to support both the initial phase and future development. • The project is seeking qualified material suppliers to support the construction of the development. • The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first phase of a two-step procurement process. • Respondents will be evaluated based on relevant supplier experience, product availability, supply chain capability, product quality, financial capacity, regulatory compliance, and experience with federally funded projects. • A mandatory pre-proposal conference and optional site visit will be held on May 29, 2026. • All questions concerning the RFQ must be submitted in writing through the IonWave e-Procurement System no later than May 31, 2026.
