Rigging Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking a contractor to provide rigging services, including disassembly, relocation, demolition, removal, and disposal of large, heavy equipment. The contractor will be required to load, transport, remove, deliver, and dispose of equipment as needed, adhering to applicable off-site scrap disposal requirements. The contract will be a firm fixed-price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of five years, starting on May 11, 2026, and ending on May 10, 2031. The BEP will place "calls" on an as-needed basis to the successful offeror during this time period. Some key requirements include: • Providing rigging services for equipment weighing approximately 10-35 tons • Loading, transporting, removing, delivering, and disposing of equipment as needed • Adhering to applicable off-site scrap disposal requirements • Providing a forklift that can lift up to 10,000 lbs with rubber wheels • Pricing each piece of equipment as a separate call • Submitting quotes via email to the Contracting Officer, Marico Sellers, at [email protected]
