The Town of Weymouth is seeking architectural/engineering design services for the restoration of the Emery Estate. Bid documents are available by emailing [email protected] starting 12/24/25. A site tour will be held on 01/05/26 at 11:00am at Emery Estate (790 Commercial Street, Weymouth). Questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by 4:00pm on 01/07/2026. Answers will be in the form of an Addendum sent to all registered bidders by 3:00pm on 01/12/2026. Bids are due on 01/16/2026 no later than 3:00pm.
