Impregnation of Cast Parts

The Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking a contractor to provide impregnation services for CLET Heat Exchanger Parts. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Priced Requirements type Service contract with a 5-year ordering period. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, facilities, equipment, and services to clean and impregnate hydraulic manifolds and other parts. The contract will be 100% small business set aside, and the NAICS code is 332813. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, facilities, equipment, and services to clean and impregnate hydraulic manifolds and other parts. • The contract will be for a 5-year period with a Firm-Fixed Price arrangement. • The Government may extend the term of the contract by written notice to the Contractor within 15 Calendar Days. • The contract includes clauses for ordering, order limitations, and requirements.
