Texas A&M University‑Kingsville is seeking a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, deliver, and provide training for a fully equipped, road‑ready mobile concession trailer (~20 ft long) to support campus events. The trailer must meet federal, state, local and university food‑service, safety, accessibility, and transportation regulations, include a full suite of cooking equipment (deep fryer, griddle, charbroiler, hot plate, steam table, prep units, refrigeration, sinks, etc.), a generator or shore‑power capability, ADA‑compliant service counter, fire‑suppression system, and optional HVAC and security features. The vendor must also assist with Texas DMV registration, health‑permit guidance, and provide a 24‑month warranty with on‑site service response within 72 hours. Delivery is FOB Kingsville, TX, with a target completion of ≤ 120 calendar days from purchase order.
