Demolition/clearance and asbestos removal of one (1) house

The Town of Sharpsburg is seeking bids for demolition and asbestos removal services for a single-wide manufactured home. The project includes the removal of all debris, trees, vegetation, and concrete pads, as well as the installation of a new State Building Code modular house. The town has received a federal grant of $750,000 to undertake the project. Bidders must comply with all federal CDBG requirements, including Section 109 and E.O. 11246, which prohibits discrimination in employment.
