Description
The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking quotes for the procurement of various gages in support of the Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 333515. The drawings associated with this solicitation are considered Controlled Technical Data, and contractors must have a Data Custodian with an approved DD Form 2345 to access them. The Government intends to make a firm-fixed-price award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of the solicitation requirements and represents the lowest total price.
Key points to consider:
• The delivery due date is 12 weeks after the date of the contract.
• Payment will be made by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 252.232-7006.
• The contractor needs to ensure that any subcontractors and/or transportation providers they may utilize during performance of their contract meet the installation access requirements.
• Real ID access implementation is active at Rock Island Arsenal, IL, and individuals using a non-Real ID driver's license may have to use a secondary form of identification to enter the installation.
