IWQ 135129 Purchase of Headsets and Adapters

Gwinnett County Government is seeking informal written quotations for the purchase of headsets and adapters. The required items include 12 each of 3M PELTOR NATO Wired Small PTT Adapter Motorola APX FL4063-02 or approved equivalent, and 12 each of 3M PELTOR ComTac VIII Headset MT14H418-47 GE or approved equivalent. Vendors must provide all information required by the solicitation form or document, and the unit price must include all costs associated with this purchase, including delivery. The delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination, freight pre-paid and allowed to: Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office, 2900 University Parkway, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. • The vendor must certify that items to be furnished are new and that the quality has not deteriorated to impair its usefulness. • The vendor must provide full identification of each item submitted, including brand name, model, catalog number, etc. • The vendor must furnish all information required by the solicitation form or document. • The vendor must sign the submittal and print or type his or her name on the fee schedule.
