St Mary Avenue & 14th Street Reconstruction Project

The City of Albert Lea is seeking bids to fully reconstruct a portion of St. Mary Avenue (from William Street to Clark Street) and 14th Street (Myers Road to the eastern terminus). The scope includes demolition and replacement of existing pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, sanitary and storm sewers, and water mains, followed by installation of new bituminous surfacing and associated utilities. Bidders must obtain the plans (electronic download for $22 or hard copy for $35) and submit sealed bids by the specified closing date. • Complete removal and replacement of pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalks, sanitary and storm sewers, and water main. • Installation of new bituminous surface and associated utility infrastructure. • Requires coordination with the City’s engineering staff; sealed bids opened publicly at City Clerk’s office.
