Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide comprehensive digital Pilot Indoctrination Training for the 1st Airlift Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The effort includes development and delivery of lesson plans, storyboards, video production, computer‑based training (CBT) coding, and ongoing bi‑annual updates to training content. The contract will be awarded under full and open competition and includes options that may extend the performance period up to a total of 66 months.
• Digital curriculum development (lesson plans, storyboards) – Phase 1 & 2
• Video production and CBT workflow – Phase 3
• One‑time surge delivery of customized digital training lessons
• Recurring bi‑annual updates to lessons and emergency procedure CBTs
• Option to extend services up to 6 months and total contract term up to 66 months
