Description
The United States Air Force is announcing its intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a noncompetitive basis to Setcan Corporation for the purchase of StressVest training equipment and associated products. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Setcan Corporation due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, but the determination not to compete the proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The required equipment must coincide with existing StressVest equipment currently in use by 82 SFS.
