The Town of South Windsor is seeking qualified contractors to perform a comprehensive pavement‑restoration program across multiple municipal streets and a parking lot. Work includes roadway milling, curb removal, pavement patching, utility gate‑box and manhole adjustments, curbing placement, pavement shimming, placement of new Superpave hot‑mix asphalt, driveway paving, pavement markings, and lawn/soil restoration.
