Description
The County of Gwinnett is procuring fifteen (15) double‑offset butterfly valves ranging from 54‑ to 108‑inch diameters, together with matching gearboxes, for two water‑treatment filter plants. The vendor must provide full design, engineering calculations, shop drawings, certifications (AWWA, NSF 61), operation & maintenance manuals (hard‑copy and searchable PDF), and deliver the equipment FOB Destination to the plant sites. No installation or field testing is included; those services will be under a separate contract.
• Supply of 15 double‑offset butterfly valves (sizes 54", 72", 96", 108") with AWWA‑approved gearboxes.
• Complete engineering submittals: design drawings, material data sheets, compliance certificates, and O&M manuals.
• Delivery to Lanier and Shoal Creek Filter Plants in Buford, GA, with freight prepaid (FOB Destination).
• Mandatory pre‑bid virtual conference (2 Sept 2026) and optional on‑site visit (10 Sept 2026).
• Bids due 23 Sept 2026 2:50 PM; award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
