Description
The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans is seeking professional and technical assistance for Title V Air Permit Compliance. The selected contractor will be responsible for evaluating the Part 70 Operating Permit, reviewing facility periodic reports, providing unspecified assistance with air permitting related issues, assisting with permit renewal application, and performing other tasks as outlined in the scope of work. The contract period is two years with three one-year renewals. The contractor must demonstrate specialized experience in the Clean Air Act, Title 33 Part III, and Title V Part 70 Operating Permits.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Evaluating Part 70 Operating Permit 2140-00128-V5 and creating a report of recommendations for SWBNO Environmental Affairs Department
• Reviewing facility periodic reports, including Annual Compliance Reports, Semi-Annual Compliance Reports, and Green House Gas Reports
• Providing assistance with air permit compliance and air regulatory issues on an as-need basis
• Assisting with permit renewal application for Part 70 Operating Permit 2140-00128-V5
• Performing other tasks as outlined in the scope of work
