Alabama’s State Procurement division is seeking a qualified vendor to provide routine solid‑waste collection for Lakepoint State Park. The contract requires three weekly pickups of eleven containers (nine 6‑yard and two 8‑yard dumpsters) located throughout the park, with all fees—including container rental, disposal, permits, and taxes—bundled into a fixed monthly price. The agreement starts on December 1, 2026 for an initial twelve‑month term, with up to four one‑year extension options subject to written approval. The award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications, and all required certifications (E‑Verify, vendor disclosure, permits) must be supplied.
