Description
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT)/Office of the Secretary of Transportation (OST) is conducting market research to identify qualified contractors to provide content creation and media services. The services include video production, post-production editing, and technical support for events. The contractor will be responsible for all phases of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production. The period of performance is expected to be five years, with a base year and four one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to provide a team of multi-media specialists, including videographers, editors, and audiovisual technicians. The team will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, including video production, editing, and technical support.
Key requirements include:
