Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to EOI, Inc dba Medical Resources for the procurement of a service agreement on the Checkpoint Wireless System at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital and other locations. The contract requires factory trained field engineers to provide a full-service maintenance contract including preventive maintenance, certification, and repair of the Checkpoint Wireless System.
* The base period of performance is for one year.
* The contract is for the maintenance and repair of the Checkpoint Wireless System.
* The contractor must be an authorized service provider for Checkpoint Wireless System equipment.
* The contractor must have the necessary expertise, parts inventory, and factory training to resolve Checkpoint Wireless System maintenance and technical issues.
