Description
The Cherry Hill Township is seeking a Municipal Advisor to assist in compliance and development of financing alternatives for any issuance of debt, including past, present, and future issuance of bonds, bond anticipation notes, emergency notes, refunding and/or refinancing, and other municipal obligations. The advisor will serve as the Township's consultant on debt financing projects, provide independent financial advice, and manage the note and bond financing process. The advisor will also serve as Dissemination Agent and provide annual continuing disclosure compliance services.
Key responsibilities include:
