Description
West Liberty University seeks a qualified municipal bond advisor to guide the planning, structuring, issuance, sale, and closing of a new $9‑$11 million bond financing program. The advisor will provide independent financial analysis, prepare financing alternatives, coordinate the financing team (counsel, underwriters, trustees, rating agencies), support rating‑agency and investor meetings, assist with pricing and closing, and deliver a suite of deliverables including memoranda, schedules, board presentation materials, and final reports. The work is project‑based and must be completed within one fiscal year, with a potential interview period in the week of November 9 2026.
