Description
The South Jersey Port Corporation (SJPC) is seeking a qualified Financial Advisor to provide professional advisory services related to debt issuance, investment and portfolio management, strategic budgeting, bond structuring, and general financial matters. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals, subject to Board approval. Bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express by the specified deadline; paper bids are not accepted. The award will be made after proposal evaluation, with the contract award expected within 90 days of receipt.
• Advise on debt issuance and related transaction management.
• Provide investment and portfolio management guidance for bond proceeds.
• Offer strategic consulting on operational and capital budgets, and bond structuring/marketing.
• Attend regular and special SJPC Board meetings as needed.
• Contract may be renewed up to two additional one‑year periods pending Board approval.
