The South Jersey Port Corporation (SJPC) is seeking a qualified attorney‑at‑law or law firm to serve as its General Legal Counsel. The selected counsel will provide comprehensive legal services—including representation, advice, contract preparation, and litigation management—to the Board of Directors, CEO, and all SJPC departments. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with two optional one‑year renewal extensions, and compensation will be negotiated directly with SJPC.
