Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified firms to create a 3-bed observation unit within the existing Emergency Department at John Cochran, Building 1, Floor 01. The project includes renovating seven rooms, relocating triage rooms and reception desk, and performing work such as phasing to maintain operations, walls, finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and medical gases. The period of performance is expected to be approximately 550 calendar days.
* The project magnitude is anticipated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
* Interested parties must provide company/individual name, address, and a capability statement.
* Potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award.
* Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses shall have their ownership and control verified by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and be listed in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP).
