Purchase & Installation of Modular Guard Stations at the Jefferson County Public Safety Building

The County of Jefferson is seeking a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, supply and install five modular guard stations within the jail’s Pods 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B and 3A. Each station includes a 14‑16 in. elevated platform, a central oak‑finished wall (≈ 65 × 52 in.) and two wing walls (≈ 29 × 52 in.) constructed from 2×4 lumber, with Formica‑finished workstations. The contractor must coordinate with facility staff to minimize operational disruptions and meet all applicable building, safety and security codes. • Quantity: 5 fully finished modular guard stations (elevated platforms, oak walls, Formica desktops) • Materials: Dimensional 2×4 wood framing, oak finish for walls, Formica for desktops • Scope: Design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and final acceptance by the County • Requirements: Demonstrated experience with modular construction, compliance with NY prevailing‑wage rules, required insurance, and certifications (non‑collusive, Iranian‑investment, etc.)
