Description
The US Navy is issuing a competitive solicitation for the refurbishment and repair of the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) jettison locker and release gear. The work will be performed at the Commander, Fleet Activities "Sasebo" (CFAS) in Japan. The solicitation will be issued to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan only.
• The period of performance is from 08/10/2026 to 10/31/2026.
• Contractors must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 and have an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region.
• The solicitation is not yet available, but will be issued at a later time.
