Upgrade & Re-Structure ChangeMan

The Medicaid Information Technology Services (MITS) team at Clemson University is seeking a vendor to upgrade and restructure their ChangeMan ZMF environment. The project involves upgrading the existing ChangeMan ZMF installation from version 8.2 to the latest generally available vendor-supported release, as well as redesigning the promotion process to support multiple component types within a single package. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing professional consulting services, including assessment, installation, configuration, customization, testing, and validation of the upgraded environment. The vendor will also be required to provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and support for User Acceptance Testing. The project is expected to last approximately 4 months, from July 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026. Some key requirements for the project include: • Upgrading the ChangeMan ZMF installation to the latest version • Redesigning the promotion process to support multiple component types • Providing support for User Acceptance Testing • Delivering documentation and knowledge transfer to MITS staff • Ensuring compatibility with the existing mainframe development environment The evaluation criteria for the proposals will include technical requirements, cost, and qualifications and experience of the vendor.
