Description
The National Park Service is seeking quotes for the resurfacing of parking lots at Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site. The project includes milling and overlaying existing asphalt pavement, removing and replacing concrete wheel stops and wooden fencing, and constructing new thermoplastic pavement markings. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and technical factors.
• The project consists of two line items: the Visitor Center parking lot and the Mobil Station parking lot.
• The contractor will be required to provide a project schedule, accident prevention plan, and quality control plan.
• The contractor will be responsible for protecting cultural resources and historic structures within the project area.
• The project is expected to be completed within 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
