The University of South Carolina – Lancaster is soliciting bids for the complete reconstruction of Parking Lot 7 at the Gregory Family YMCA in Lancaster, SC. The scope includes full‑depth reclamation of the existing asphalt surface, removal and replacement of the parking‑lot base, minor re‑grading, sidewalk repairs, storm‑water ponding mitigation, and ADA‑compliant upgrades (ramps, handrails, signage).
