DTCC Stanton Campus Parking Lot Sinkhole Improvements

The Delaware Technical Community College (DTCC) Stanton Campus seeks qualified contractors to remediate a sinkhole and reconstruct the associated parking lot. The scope includes replacing storm‑drain infrastructure, full‑depth asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks and curbs, under‑cut backfill, graded aggregate placement, and related site work such as erosion‑control, traffic‑management, and final strip‑marking. The contract will be awarded on a sealed‑bid basis, requires a 10 % bid security, and 100 % performance and payment bonds.
