Description
The City of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking bids for an LED screen trailer. The trailer should have a clear visibility from 300 feet away, clear visibility from 160-degree angle, weatherproof with IP rating of IP67 or better, pixel pitch of 5.7mm or better, resolution of 840x504p or better, brightness of 7500 NITS or better, wind rating of 45mph or better, adjustable height and 360° swivel rotation, and 100,000 operating hours or better. The trailer should also have a powder-coated steel construction, at least 8 cubic feet of on-board storage, on-board diesel generator included with minimum 25-gallon fuel tank, shore power at rating of 50-amp CA twist, 240V single phase, and fully enclosed self-contained production cabinet with integrated audio-visual package. The vendor should also provide a warranty period of 10 years or greater on parts, 5 years or greater on labor, and 5 years or greater on trailer frame.
• The bid response should include exhibits A through G, which are a requirement for the bid.
• The vendor should indicate compliance with specifications by check mark or initials in the “MEETS”, “EXCEEDS”, “N/A”, or “NO” column.
• The vendor should provide a signed “Exhibit A, Conflict of Interest and Non-Disclosure Agreement” and a signed “Exhibit B, Specifications Worksheet”.
• The vendor should also provide a signed “Exhibit C, Addendum Acknowledgement” and a signed “Exhibit D, City of Rancho Cucamonga Standard Terms and Conditions Exceptions Summary”.
