Description
The University of Louisiana Monroe is seeking qualified electrical contractors to design, supply, install, and commission a complete LED lighting system for its baseball stadium. The scope includes removal of existing fixtures, installation of approximately 106 new LED luminaires, associated power distribution upgrades, remote driver enclosures, a new control panel with app‑based scene and color control, and all required civil and electrical work to meet NCAA illumination standards. Bidders must be licensed in Louisiana, provide a 5 % bid bond and a 50 % performance bond, and comply with veteran‑ and small‑business subcontracting goals. The project must be completed by February 1 2027, with liquidated damages of $500 per day for late completion.
