Description
The State of Alabama is soliciting quotes for an unnamed project. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance. The State also reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The solicitation includes standard terms and conditions for quick quotes, including provisions for dispute resolution, cancellation, and sales tax exemption.
