Disposal of Relocatable Building (RLB) 11857, JBLM North, WA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a contractor to demolish and dispose of a relocatable building (RLB) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) North, WA. The work includes the complete demolition and removal of the approximately 1,400 sq. ft. structure, its footings, foundation, and an attached covered awning. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal and legal disposal of all associated debris and restoration of the site to a natural condition. • The contractor must provide evidence of small business status under NAICS 238910. • The contractor must have experience performing building disposal and site restoration, preferably within a federal or military installation. • The contractor must submit a brief Capabilities Statement (not to exceed 3 pages) to the Government by 18 June 2026.
