The City of Hartford’s Department of Health and Human Services seeks a qualified consulting firm to design and implement a strategic public‑health workforce development initiative. The contractor will conduct a comprehensive organizational assessment, embed health‑equity analysis, develop workforce‑capacity plans, and produce an actionable implementation roadmap, supported by a series of workshops and training labs.
