The OSC is looking for solutions in four areas: Market Research, Capital Markets, Lean Launchpad Methodology, and Placement Assistance. The solutions should deliver operational insight, reduce time to understanding, and provide skills to Department personnel to effectively contribute and translate between private market companies and banking professionals. • The solutions should demonstrate a structured immersion approach that embeds OSC personnel within relevant technology ecosystems. • The solutions should provide a methodical framework to translate acquired industry-specific context into actionable intelligence. • The solutions should demonstrate a sophisticated analytical framework that maps capital flow patterns to emerging/defense technology priorities. • The solutions should provide a practical methodology for identifying early signals of private investment-driven shifts that will impact future defense industrial base sustainment and modernization requirements.
