Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to supply and install a cardboard compactor at the NH Liquor & Wine Outlet Store #55 in Bedford, NH. The compactor should have a capacity of 8 yards and should be installed in the location where the existing Reaction Distributing model # TV-3000-8 vertical compactor is currently situated. The successful vendor will be required to remove and dispose of the existing compactor, supply and install the new one, and ensure that all necessary connections are made. The vendor will also be responsible for providing a warranty for the equipment for a period of at least one year.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest cost in total.
• The vendor must be duly registered with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property and must have a completed Vendor Application Package on file.
• The vendor must provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage and workers' compensation insurance.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity and workers' compensation.
