Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide Ballistic Helmets, Body Armor, Communication Devices, and Equipment and Accessories on an as-needed basis. The contract term is anticipated to be from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $100,000. Responders must submit their proposals through the SWIFT Supplier Portal, and late responses will not be considered.
• The proposal should include a cost proposal detail, technical proposal, sample transaction documents, and product documentation.
• The evaluation process will be conducted in three phases: review of responsiveness, evaluation of responses, and selection of finalists.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder.
