On Call Pump & Motor Repair

The City of Corvallis is seeking bids for on-call pump and motor repair services. The successful bidder will provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform inspection, repair, and rebuild services for pumps and motors at City-owned and/or operated facilities on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes pump repair, motor repair, and other related services. The contract will be for a term of up to 5 years, with the option for renewal. • The City anticipates that 95% of service requests will be on a standard return time basis, and 5% will be on an expedited or emergency return time basis. • The Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Oregon statutes, codes, and regulations, as well as City policies and procedures. • The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating work with the Technical Services Supervisor or Technical Services Staff. • The Contractor will be required to provide safety data sheets (SDS) for all goods that may release hazardous chemicals. • The Contractor will be required to maintain good housekeeping practices during the project and comply with all applicable environmental protection, health, and safety requirements.
