Description
The Town of Clinton is seeking bids for road paving services. The project involves the paving of various roadways in Clinton, including Jefferson Circle, Oak Hill Drive, West Shore Drive, Riverside Drive, Fox Hill Drive, and Old Orchard Road. The work includes reclamation, milling, and paving, and the contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary materials and labor. The project is expected to be completed by November 15, 2026.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Reclamation of bituminous concrete and sub-base material to a depth of up to 12 inches
• Milling and paving of roads with a minimum thickness of 1.5 inches
• Installation of tack coat and trackless tack coat
• Protection of catch basin tops and other structures during construction
• Maintenance of local access during construction
• Removal of debris and surplus materials from the site
