Description
The Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified bidders to provide general site work, repairs, and improvements on an "on-call, as needed basis". The work includes clearing, grubbing, grading, demolition, hauling, fill, road and parking base, compaction, seeding and sod, concrete curbs, walks, and paving, as well as site signage. The contract will be for a period of one year, with four optional one-year renewal periods. The bidder must provide all necessary labor, materials, insurance, and equipment to complete the work.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder that submits the lowest overall hourly rates for each of the services required.
• The bidder must have successfully completed at least three years of providing work of similar magnitude and complexity.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide a list of clarifications of any deviations or qualifications from the conditions and specifications of the ITB.
