Description
The U.S. Embassy in Paris is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and install custom‑made black‑out curtains in the apartments of the MSG Residence at Boulogne‑Billancourt. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The work includes site survey, removal of existing curtains, disposal/recycling per French law, provision of fire‑retardant, UV‑insulating, dark‑blue fabric, installation of curtain panels and optional rods, and a two‑year warranty. All work must comply with French health, safety, and GDPR requirements, and the contractor must be registered in SAM.
• Scope: Survey, de‑installation, supply and installation of ~30 custom curtain panels (various window sizes)
• Optional: Supply and install new curtain rods
• Performance period: 45 working days after award
• Mandatory registration in SAM; electronic submission to [email protected]
• Deadline: 14 Sept 2026, 17:00 CET
• Warranty: 2 years on materials and workmanship
