This project consists of Eight (8) campus buildings and includes:

Where required, ductwork modifications and insulation replacement shall be performed to support proper operation of the new assemblies.
All environmental abatement activities must occur after normal campus hours. The remaining scope of work will take place during regular working hours in occupied campus buildings.
The work will require careful planning of shutdowns, potential temporary air provisions, safety measures, and detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to minimize operational disruptions.

Dynamic and DASNY reserve the right to review financial data, investigate qualifications, require additional supporting documentation, and reject submissions which lack sufficient capability, resources, and past performance. Evaluation will focus on project experience, staffing depth, occupied-facility proficiency, and overall responsibility.
Shortlisted firms will receive the Bid Solicitation, which will include MBE, WBE and SDVOB participation requirements. The successful bidder must submit a project-specific MBE/WBE/SDVOB Utilization Plan and demonstrate the ability to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds. Only shortlisted firms will receive the bid documents, and only firms that attend the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be eligible to submit a bid.
