Trades, Labor, and Materials (2 Part with JOC)

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Trades, Labor, and Materials. The contract will provide supplies and services to TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit "TIPS Members" throughout the nation. This solicitation is a two-part solicitation, with Part 1 for non-construction projects and Part 2 for Job Order Contract (JOC) projects considered "public work" construction projects. Vendors are encouraged to respond to both parts. • The contract will be utilized when any TIPS Member needs the goods or services offered during the life of the agreement. • There is no specific project or scope of work to review, as this solicitation is for prospective awards. • The determination of whether or not a TIPS sale amounts to a "public work" construction project requiring a Part 2 JOC contract is made by the TIPS Member Customer at the time of each TIPS sale. • Vendors who currently hold TIPS Contract 210205 must respond to this solicitation to prevent lapse of contract, unless they hold another current TIPS contract that covers all of their trades/construction offerings.
