Design-Build Services for Judd Creek Water and Sewer Main Extensions

The City of Cape Coral is seeking a design-build firm to provide professional services for the Judd Creek Water and Sewer Main Extensions project. The selected firm will be responsible for conceptual design, permitting, preliminary and final construction plans, construction and engineering inspection services, construction bidding services, guaranteed maximum construction pricing, infrastructure construction, and project closeout services. The firm must have experience in design-build and implementation of public construction projects, and must possess sufficient qualified staff to complete the work in the required time and in accordance with state statutes and standards. • The project includes design and construction of water and sewer main extensions • The firm must be certified to engage in contracting or certified to practice engineering or architecture and landscape architecture • The firm must have demonstrated experience in design-build and implementation of public construction projects • The firm must have sufficient qualified staff to complete the work in the required time and in accordance with state statutes and standards • The firm must comply with the prequalification requirements prior to the closing date for submittal
