The U.S. Navy is seeking a qualified contractor to perform overhaul, repair, upgrade, inspection, testing, and acceptance of a Radio Altimeter (Air) identified by NSN 822‑0334‑002. The work includes disassembly, cleaning, component repair or replacement per approved manuals, reassembly, functional testing, and delivery of the unit to a Ready‑For‑Issue (RFI) condition. The contractor must provide all labor, facilities, parts, tooling, and quality assurance documentation, comply with MIL‑STD‑130 markings, ISO‑9001/AS9100 quality systems, and adhere to strict configuration‑management and warranty requirements (12‑month warranty). Government‑furnished equipment is not provided; the contractor must source any required special tooling. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price and may involve additional approvals for beyond‑economic‑repair (BER), missing‑on‑induction (MOI), or over‑and‑above‑repair (OAR) items.
