Description
The Los Angeles County Department of Youth Development is seeking to continue its Youth Diversion and Development Services (YDS-D) program through this Work Order Solicitation. The program aims to provide community-based care coordination and diversion services to young people under the age of 18 in Los Angeles County. Proposers must demonstrate experience in providing prevention and/or intervention services to youth, as well as the ability to develop and implement individualized care plans. The scope of services includes assessment, care coordination, and community engagement.
• The program will serve 21 geographical areas in Los Angeles County
• Proposers must have at least three years of experience providing services to youth
• Proposers must have a physical business office located within 10 miles of at least one of the cities specified in the geographical area
• The proposed Term of the Work Order will commence upon execution through June 30, 2028
