Arroyo de los Chamisos Urban Trail Repair

The City of Santa Fe is seeking bids for the Arroyo de los Chamisos Urban Trail Repair project. The project involves the restoration of the arroyo channel bed and banks by installing gabion retaining walls and riprap, as well as repair of the asphalt trail and pedestrian railing. The contractor will be responsible for site preparation, removal and demolition, earthwork and grading, drainage and outfall protection, paving and trail construction, erosion control and site restoration, and traffic control. The project requires compliance with various regulations, including the Public Works Minimum Wage Act and the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. • The contractor must comply with the City's Living Wage Ordinance and the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions' wage rates. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive Erosion Control Plan and implement best management practices (BMPs) to prevent erosion and protect the environment.
