Thermal conductivity testing

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for thermal conductivity testing. The contract will be awarded to Kratos SRE, Inc., as they are the OEM with direct knowledge needed for this testing. Kratos accommodates thermal expansion in real time during thermal conductivity testing and has historical experience with this testing.
