Description
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is soliciting bids for As Needed Hot Mix Asphalt to be available for pick-up. The asphalt will be loaded into State vehicles at the Contractor’s facility, with material available for pickup Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The State will provide the Contractor with a minimum of twenty-four hours’ notice prior to each pickup. The contract term will be from the date of award through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms.
