The Navajo Nation Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Natural Heritage Program is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, design, and support a prefabricated greenhouse of approximately 1,250‑1,500 sq ft to be attached to an existing seed‑bank building in Window Rock, AZ. The scope includes the complete greenhouse unit (steel frame, polycarbonate panels, mono‑pitched roof), climate‑control equipment (evaporative cooling, heating, automated shade), interior grow benches, a engineered concrete foundation design, and detailed assembly instructions or on‑site assistance. Proposals must include a full cost estimate in a separate file, licensing documentation, non‑collusion and debarment certifications, and a W‑9. The deadline for electronic submission is 5 PM MST on 22 Dec 2025, with award expected the following day.
